The communication need to be fast, accurate and well managed. Using the BeSmart Alert Notification system customized for the hotel industry, BeSeeMe solution includes a complete range from web based interface software where the front desk staff can view all customer room requests in real time, from a range of smart phone and tablet (IOS/Android/Windows) applications that empower house staff to register problems such as blocked drains, broken room appliances and check in and check out messages.

BeSeeMe advantages go beyond other Hotel Management software as it has two main advantages. The first being the capability to interface to a wide range of third party systems such as alarm system, BMS (Building Management System) and PMS (Property Management System). The second advantage is the ability to deliver time critical messages to wide range of wireless receivers: pager, wifi phone app, dect phone, sms and email. The ability to interface to PMS (Property Management System) allows the delivery of more efficient data with check-in, check-out and customer databases. For example, you can alert room service staff to put up more towels based on customer request history from the PMS system. With the auto message feature, BeSeeMe can not only dispatch messages automatically but also monitor the response time of staff until the customer request is done. Another example, if a customer calls front desk asking for more towels, the front desk can register the customer request to BeSeeMe and BeSeeMe will dispatch the message to housekeeping. The request will be monitored and escalated to higher level management staff if the request is not fulfilled within the set waiting time.
