Building Management System (BMS)

Building Management Systems (BMS) control and monitor the large energy consuming systems within a building, such as HVAC, lighting, fire and security systems. The aim of a BMS is to maintain occupant comfort and ensure occupant safety, whilst delivering energy efficiency and lower operating costs. The correct operation of a BMS is essential for optimal building performance and offers the most cost effective option to achieve energy savings in typical buildings.

The most challenging task in getting the right BMS system is how to manage different HVAC, security devices, how to reuse the devices while they still functioning OK. Becas has extensive experience in design customised BMS software to work with wide range of protocol communication (Serial RS-485 ASCII, MODBUS, BACnet, KNX, etc.) of those devices in building industry.

Car Park Ventilation System

Becas provides complete design and installation service for car park ventilation system (CPVS). Becas CPVS includes Becas Main Controller, Switch Board Panel, VSD (Variable Speed Drive), CO (CO2, NO2) sensors, Exhaust Fans and complete ductworks.
Becas CPVS system manage and control the car exhaust gas like CO and NO2 in the car park (particular underground car park) to the desired setpoint level (30 ppm). Becas ventilation controller will read the CO (NO2) gas level from the CO (NO2) sensor constantly and adjust the Exhaust Fan speed to extract the air depend on the level of CO (NO2) sensor reading. As the Exhaust Fan speed can be controlled so the electric energy consumption can be reduced as well.
